Inventory Associate/Delivery Driver

Summary of Duties:

  • M-F Full-Time position
  • Receipt daily inventory to stock
  • Pull and fill orders accurately
  • Assist with organizing schedule of deliveries and dispatching driver(s)
  • Provides a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
  • Assist in all duties pertaining to Inventory Control and maintenance
  • Monitor expected inbound shipments
  • Assist with organizing schedule of deliveries and dispatching driver(s)
  • Become proficient and familiar with computer systems necessary for parts and accessories management

Qualifications:

  • Valid and current Driver's License with ability to maintain a good driving record
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service focused
  • Clear and concise communication
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Proficient in use of a computer and Microsoft products is preferred

Parts Counter Person

Summary of Duties:

  • Provides high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Answer phone calls, emails and drive-ins to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention
  • Assist in all duties pertaining to Inventory Control and maintenance
  • Receive stock, pick, ship and transact inventory materials to support the needs of vehicle service
  • Accurately record parts transactions and data into Dealer Management System – attention to detail critical
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions required
  • Communicate estimated parts ship and arrival time, including regular updates
  • Follow up with customer regarding order eta’s and ensure high level of customer satisfaction
  • Help maintain overall cleanliness of the Parts Department
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • We're looking for a “people-person” with a friendly personality
  • Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
  • Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles
  • Experience in automotive equipment and servicing methods
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions required.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
  • Maintain and perform top-level professional integrity and appearance as a parts advisor
  • Degree or Certificate from a University program in Automotive Technology or ASE Certification is a plus
  • CDK experience a plus

Lot Attendant

Responsibilities include:

  • Moving vehicles around the lot
  • Periodically assisting the detail department
  • Helping perform lot maintenance when needed
  • Inspecting and checking in new vehicles after transport
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
  • Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces
  • Highly professional and dependable
  • Neat, clean, and professional in appearance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to pass a drug and background test
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
